What about the essential info?

  • There are dedicated picnic areas in the Museum grounds, as well as a family friendly café serving lunches, ice cream and treats.
  • There are baby changing facilities at the Museum.
  • At the main entrance there is a shop which sells pocket money gifts especially for children and there is an additional shop at the Walled Garden where you can buy gifts, seasonal fruits and vegetables and refreshments.
  • You can bring your dog with you if you want and he can go everywhere except the Walled Garden
  • Norton Priory is buggy friendly and there is only one set of stairs.
  • The Museum & Gardens are wheelchair accessible apart from an area on the ruins.
  • We ask that visitors supervise their children at all times.
