The Evocative Nature of Plants Part 2: FlowersDate: Sun 11th June, 10am - 12.30pm
Mindfulness is not only a form of meditation, but it is also a daily practice and a way of life. We will use our senses in the present moment to truly appreciate the flowers of the Walled Garden, and evaluate their personal influence upon us. We will explore the evocative nature of these plants, and what attracts us to them.
We will also be delving into the imagery and properties of the flowers, and their colours and scent. Working in a meditative space to explore our responses, each participant will be able to create their own personal tribute that they can take home to remember the flowers in all their splendour.
