Macbeth

Date: Performances on Friday 23rd July & Saturday 24th July 2021

The ruined aftermath of a bloody civil war.  Ruthlessly fighting to survive, the Macbeths are propelled towards the crown by forces of elemental darkness.

This epic and visually daring production of Shakespeare’s most intense tragedy is the inaugural production at The Priory Open Air Theatre. The woodland theatre space is wild and open to the elements which enhances and contributes to the atmosphere of this dark and tragic tale.
