Animal Teach return to Norton Priory this month for another fantastic hands-on animal encounter experience at their monthly Zoology Club! This is sensory-led workshop where children can meet fascinating animals in a calm, supportive environment. 

There are three different sessions to choose from based on your age:

10:15am - 11:15am - Mini Zoologist (ages 4 - 7yrs)

11:45am - 12:45pm - Young Zoologist (ages 8 - 11yrs)

1:15pm - 2:15pm - Junior Zoologist (ages 12 - 15yrs)

We're joining with Halton Chamber to celebrate Culture 26. Enjoy a delicious two-course lunch by Olive Tree Catering, business networking and entertaining insights into how a thriving cultural sector can boost major business growth and prosperity. 
This event is open to everyone, and promises to be an entertaining and enjoyable afternoon.

Sir Phil Redmond CBE is an outstanding pioneer of the UK’s creative industries. The creator of legendary TV dramas Grange Hill, Brookside and Hollyoaks, he played a pivotal role in helping Liverpool to secure the prestigious European Capital of Culture in 2008. He is currently working with the Government to promote the economic and social benefits of culture by leading on a new, national Town of Culture initiative.

High Sheriff of Cheshire, Lynn Pegler, is a Deputy Lieutenant, Chair of Norton Priory Trustees and a long-standing Board Director of Halton Chamber. A former journalist, she works as a communications/PR specialist and is a published poet, award-winning community theatre director, playwright, literature festival manager and musician.

In partnership with Heathfields Orchards, Norton Priory offers a practical and theory-based workshop on winter fruit tree pruning. The workshop uses the Norton Priory orchards to provide practical hands-on experience, with expert tuition and guidance. The workshops are designed to be both educational and enjoyable, making them an excellent choice for anyone looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in fruit tree care.

All equipment will be provided, although you may like to bring aling your own gardening gloves.
